Lanarkshire Knockout Cup

On Sunday 5th May THGC competed in the first round of the Lanarkshire Knockout Cup against a strong Carluke side. The first left of round one was a home tie and the Torrance House side made up of committee members set out to take a lead into the 2nd leg against a Carluke side made up of 9 players with a playing handicap of 10 with the other player being off 11.

The recent form of the Captain sadly didn’t continue into this tie which saw the match end in a draw 2.5 – 2.5

All to play for in the return leg on Sunday 19th May at Carluke Golf Club.
