Hole 2 – Jacob’s Ladder

Par 4
White Tee – 392yds
Yellow Tee – 375yds
Red Tee – 329yds

Hole 2 is a dog leg right which offers a challenge with the big hitters taking the direct route over the tall trees in an attempt to reach the green in 1. For the more conservative player a 3-wood or iron is the preferred choice sending the ball down the middle past the tress and opening up the view to the green leaving an iron into the green.

The green is protected on the left and right by bunkers with out of bounds 10yards past the back of the green so you’ll need to watch your club choice when the wind is behind you or you face sailing your ball into the Glen, never to be seen again, unless found by a dog walker.

On a dry day you can play a bump and run 2nd shot straight down the middle of the fairway, and if executed correctly you should see your ball roll onto the green leaving the opportunity to secure a birdie.
